Massage Roller
This is a 3D printed massage roller. There are 6 individual styles that can be printed and placed in whatever order you'd like on the large center rail. There are two smaller rails that help connect and solidify the components to the sides. I printed this version up in PLA with no supports.. An outer brim may assist with printing the massage rings if you are having adhesion issues.
You can adjust the scale of the center rails if you'd like to change the number of rings that will fit. The base version should hold 7. You can also alter the height of the rings if you'd like a different effect.
Once the components are printed, press the rails snugly into one of the side panels, add the rings to the center rail and connect the other side snugly.
This can be used as a handheld massager, or placed on a carpet for increased grip to be used for activating trigger points on your feet.
