A clean, stylized Roman-inspired guard helmet designed for cosplay, display, costume builds, and scaled miniature use. This model has a smooth domed cap, decorative face guards, rivet details, and a rear brim that gives it a recognizable ancient military look while still feeling polished and printable.

It works well for:

cosplay costumes historical-inspired fantasy builds Roman / centurion-inspired outfits LARP props display pieces miniature and action figure accessories

The shape is elegant and readable, with a balanced silhouette that looks good both as a wearable print and as a scaled prop.

📏 Measuring Instructions

Before printing, measure:

Head circumference Wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest part of your head, usually across the forehead and above the ears. Front-to-back head length Measure from the forehead hairline area to the back of the head. Side-to-side width Measure across the widest part of the head above the ears. Ear position Check where the side guards will sit in relation to your ears and cheekbones.

For a wearable helmet, always compare your measurements to the model’s internal dimensions before printing.

Sizing tips: If you want to wear it over a wig, hood, balaclava, or padding, leave extra room. If the fit is slightly tight after printing, a hairdryer or heat gun on low can be used carefully to fine-tune the fit. For comfort, you can add: foam padding fabric lining helmet inserts elastic or hidden strap systems if needed

🖨️ Printing Instructions

Recommended materials:

PLA PLA+ PETG PLA-HT

Suggested settings:

Layer height: 0.16–0.2 mm Walls: 3–5 Infill: 10–20% is usually enough for display, more for durability Use supports where needed, especially depending on model orientation

Possible print approach:

Print as a single piece if your printer volume allows Or split into sections for easier printing and assembly
