Wall Mountable Shadow Box
Update 08-11-2023: Added additional boxes with varying slot counts from 2 up to 10.
With this version of the shadow box you'll be able to give your shadow box art a prominent place on a wall in your house, office, shop or makerspace.
The box has a wide hole to put a hook or screw in and has several notches to balance the shadow box, because some shadow box sets are a bit heavier on one side compared to the other side.
It also features a new sliding lid, using a dovetail rail and new locking mechanism to firmly secure it to the box.
It's compatible with all existing shadow box sets and designed to easily print on a FDM printer with minimal supports.
Print settings The easiest way to print this model is bottom up for the box and reverse for the lid. So the box with the bottom on the plate and the lid with the top on the plate. This way you don't need any supports.
You'll need to add supports for the hole in the lid.

I absolutely love your shadow boxes. I've printed like all the coffins, the skull one, and I'm planning on printing way more of them (Currently am printing the christmas one).
That said, I feel like often times 10 is to large while 5 is to small. Like the Harry Potter Box has 6 Slides. I'm not sure how much work it is but having Boxes for all sizes would be great. I've never worked with something like parametric 3d Modeling, but it seems like it would suit the boxes perfectly!
I've edited the 10 Box model to cut four slots from the middle to get my six slots. But I'm grateful that you blessed us with all the sizes. Love you!
