This is a nightlight resembling a 4-way railroad lantern. It's a clip that fits on most dollar-store nightlights. You'll need to print 3 of the lenses and glue them in place. They should be 20mm in diameter. You'll need some supports for the lantern itself. Prusa Slicer said the model was missing layers, but it printed just fine.
