The S Hook is a ubiquitous utility item for a ton of tasks and made in a variety of sizes and materials. This S-Hook is a thoughtfully crafted 3d printable version. Built to be versatile with two different sized openings—30mm and 18mm. Compact, reliable, and ridiculously easy to print, this hook is a quiet workhorse for camping trips, gardens, sheds, workshops, or tidying up any other space where hanging things up would help.

Think of it as your ultimate "hang it anywhere" solution: on a branch, clothesline, over a shower rod, from paracord, etc. It’s as versatile as it is simple. As long as you print it out of PETG or tougher, it is compliant enough to "snap" into place on rods up to the max diameter of each opening - the 30mm end snaps onto my shower curtain rods, no problem!

The Details That Matter:

• No sharp edges: Many other models have sharp corners that will accelerate wear on your favorite gear by slowly "sawing" away at the fabric along sharp corners of the model.
• Dual-Sized Design: The larger and smaller openings make it adaptable to a variety of uses without being bulky or complicated. Most others use the same opening size for both ends.
• Compact Yet Mighty: Small enough to stash in your gear, tough enough to hold its own in the wild. Many other models are odd shapes and sizes that do not maximize strength for minimal material usage.
• Improved stability over standard designs: The center of axis for the two openings is offset by a few mm. This encourages the hook to stay on whatever you hooked it onto instead of easily falling off. Most hooks have an opening too large and aligned axis that actually encourages the hook to fall off whatever you hooked it on!

PRINTING:

• Please use at least PETG if you intend to put these to any serious use or leave them outside. ABS & ASA are even better options for outdoor usage and more abusive applications.
• Print with at least 6 bottom & top shell layers, 3-5 walls, 15-20% infill Since the top and bottom layers are the sides of the hook, more layers means stronger hook. Adding more walls will have much less impact on strength
