Glue-In Mode (Single-Extruder Optimised): No multi-material system? No problem! This design includes high-tolerance inset sockets for both the eyes, and forehead spots. Print the primary manatee head in your favourite sea-grey or pastel tone, then print your decorative spots and facial features separately to press-fit and glue them into place with absolutely zero filament flushing waste.

PRINT INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure the rear articulation joint snaps cleanly into your custom letter blocks and the internal mechanical switch socket stays snug over thousands of cycles:

General Layer Height: 0.2

Walls: 3–4 perimeters. Supports: Optimised from the ground up to print 100% support-free.

Post-Processing: For single-extruder configurations, drop a tiny bead of superglue into the recessed facial and forehead sockets, press-fit the accent eyes, snout, and spots, and let dry. Once cured, press the completed assembly directly onto any standard MX-style mechanical switch stem.
