I had the same problem; I took a file to the inside of all the fins but that still only lets them rotate mildly. Widening the hole feels like it might help
3 different filaments 2 different printers and it still doesnt spin
Mine doesn’t spin either. I used silk PLA.
hey man i downloaded this thinking it was a stl file im new and i dont know if my flashforge with orca slicer can do the 3mf file. any suggestions what i can do if it cant convert to a stl?
hi mate should be able to load it in orca slicer, then change plate and settings back to flashforge. I have made the gcode for my QIDI but have not printed yet so dont know if it will work as expected, but can let you know when I have printed, and if it worked.
ok cause im not getting anywhere lol
not sure about orca slicer, but the slicer I use (flsun) has an option to extract the items in a 3mf to individual STL files. that's what I've been doing.
Hi Ruven, I've printed this but the shaft seems to be a little too thick and the slices won't spin. I tried adjusting it's size in the slicer but then the end caps are no longer tight. Any suggestions on how I can adjust it? Thank you!
Mine doesn't rotate either
Hey, sorry for the late reply. Thangs notifications are a mess. Try another filament. This shouldn't be the case in the first place, it may be a weird printer problem. Just rotating the part might also help.
