The holy grail automatic double dispenser. Watch the video to see it in action.
The most reliable double dispenser is now the Neo Sozu! I recommend printing that instead.
Hardware / Printing
- One M3x12 screw (or longer)
- Two M3 washers
- PLA, 2 walls, 10% infill, no supports
- 10mm and 3/8" flippers available
Assembly
- Press a 10mm or 3/8" ball into the flipper depending on the flipper you print. May have to use a tool or step on the flipper to fully insert it. Don't damage your floor please!
- Insert an M3x12 screw into the flipper, stack 2 washers on the screw, then install the flipper. Crank it down until it stops rotating freely.
- Slowly back out the main screw 1/8th of a turn. Repeat until the flipper freely rotates.

What, this is just a Sozu
Just made a few of these and a 12mm screw seemed much too short. I settled on M3x16 with 2 washers for anyone who sees this.
