Turned out really nice. Some of the parts I had to improvise due to messing with it while it was printing. It fits together nicely, however, it sadly didn't fit my head due to having to scale it down to 99% so it would fit on the printing plate.
I printed this without any scaling and the magnet holes are definitely NOT 8x2mm. I had to use 6x2mm magnets in most places and 5x2mm on the white mesh eye inserts. Overall, as a result, the mask does NOT hold together terribly well. I think 8x2mm magnets would be significantly more effective and am exploring other models now to try for a more solid hold when worn.
Hi, i have printed it too but its impossible to wear it, the magnets are not so strong and the back slots aren't deep enough for the magnets
Just buy some different magnets I had this same problem when I made an iron man helmet.
is there a way to split one of the pieces in half as its just to big for my machine
yea i did it blender
Can you make the normal eyes as solid please?
what is the head circumference for the cowl when printed at 100% scale?
Does it snap together, or did you use some size of mini magnets? If you used magnets, would you mind telling me where you got them?
They use magnets. I am not positive but I think 8x2mm.
