09.01.17 UPDATE I reduced file size, and added split bodies that are screwed together if you don't want to use the print pausing method to get the ring on. Also a taller version!

Printing Instructions You must print the ring first! Then while printing the body, pause around halfway, slip the ring on, and complete the print. This locks the ring onto the twister.

OR, you can simply use the split version with a twist on top!

If your printer tolerances aren't tight enough for a smooth action, you can scale the ring up 1-3% for a looser fit.

I printed mine with 2 shells and 15% infill, although lower is probably fine.
