The EZPZ Ziptie is designed to fasten securely while releasing with ease. Designed specifically for printing with TPU so it lasts a lifetime, the head of the EZPZ Ziptie releases simply by squeezing the sides.

This download includes the 10mm wide ziptie at 3 different lengths. It also prints well at half scale for light duty uses. For a larger collection of dozens of widths and lengths, check out the full EZPZ Ziptie Collection.

Download also includes preset 3MF files for Orca/Bambu slicer and Prusa/Qidi slicer. Otherwise, follow the print guidelines below.

Printing Guidelines

• Print with 95A TPU for best results
• 0.16mm layer height
• 3 Shells, 0 top/bottom layers, 100% infill
• Single perimeter on top and bottom surfaces
• Arachne perimeter generator
• Disable 'Extra perimeters if needed', 'Ensure vertical shell thickness', and 'Fill gaps'
• Set 'Solid infill threshold area' to 0
• I suggest using seam painting to ensure the seam isn't on the 'tooth' that locks the ziptie (see last picture).
