This is a very flowy 'fabric' I designed that prints really nicely using standard settings (0.1 - 0.2mm layer height). The only things I'd watch out for are making sure the first layer isn't too squashed and you have good retraction settings that prevent stringing, otherwise the loops could join.

Sandwich the circle between the bowl base and bowl rim to create a neat bowl. The square pieces are just for demonstration purposes, but perhaps you can remix it into something else?

What do you mean? If it works, print fast. If that causes bed adhesion issues, slow down the initial layer and maybe the rest of the print.
