A nice little mid century Christmas ornament that's super easy to print. I've included three sizes (small, medium, large). The fanned design is inspired by my MCM Vase and Cleo Lamp, and the fans add just the right amount of weight to make the ornaments feel high quality.
Can be hung using any string or ornament hook.
Supports None needed!
Scaling Can be scaled up or down.
Orientation The ornaments should print upright, with their bottoms on the build plate.
Print Settings .2mm layer height 15% grid infill 2 walls

I printed this with the given print settings and I had some stringing from silk PLA that happened when it jumped from fin to fin doing gap infill. I turned off infill, and went with a single wall so it prints in almost one long run similar to vase mode. It's still pretty strong, uses half the filament, and it resulted in a much cleaner print without stringing.
Having tried several print settings on my Bambu Lab X1C, I can also recommend printing just a single wall without infill. This way, even prints with 200 mm/s appear simply gorgeous. When sliced with two walls, Bambu Studio adds "gap infill" between the inner and the outer wall. At least with my preferred print settings, the gap infill leads to visible marks at a certain layer count (when the gap infill is only printed at the edge of the fins).
Thanks for this tip, it worked really well
