100% original design by me, best looks with resin print but works with FDM as well, might need to sand a little unless you like the lines and the original look from FDM

Please scale to 100.2% - 100.5% for a snug but not too tight fit! 10% infill is enough need support for sure, i set threshold to 35 degrees, works for me layer height i set was 0.15mm (on FDM) you can choose to go smaller if you like!
