Printing Print this in place with TPU and go slow and steady. It's important to get it waterproof, otherwise you might end up wetting yourself instead of your target...

How to use Submerge the ring in water up until at least the little hole. Squeeze the pump empty and let it suck in enough water. To shoot, simply squeeze the pump. Now go forth and prank!
