This is such a great idea and it's very well executed. I used a neon PLA, which is tough to get a clean start for me, but other than the PLA issues, the print went very smoothly with no supports. Lightning infill was sufficient for a clean surface and the skin still felt strong. Painted w/cheap acrylic paint. Photo is under blacklight outdoors.
