I am releasing a second version of Ceralune Lighted. The original version there is a bright spot created from the head lighting and the light is not diffused as well as I would have liked. So to counter that issue a light diffuser cap was made to sit on the led and the head was revised to allow more space for the diffuser cap. That eliminated the hotspot and as well throws some light into the eyes.

Summer is coming to an end and Fall is approaching. With that our newest release is related to the harvest moon. Sometimes the harvest moon can fall in September or October, but this year it will be in Early October.

Ceralune, the Lunar Harvest Dragon, glides across autumn skies beneath the radiant glow of the harvest moon, her body aglow with celestial light. Atop her head rests a radiant orb, pulsing like a second moon, while another swings gently from her tail, casting a luminant light over the ripening fields. Her scales shimmer like wheat kissed by moonlight as she breathes abundance into the land below. A silent guardian of balance and bounty, Ceralune’s twin orbs guide the final harvest and ward off the creeping frost. When the moon rises full , her glowing form is seen tracing the clouds—and the people know the season is safe beneath her watchful light.

The tail is designed for a puck light that is 3.5cm in diameter. There are puck lights that are smaller and fit, but wont be snug. Any smaller light you will have to use adhesive. The puck light you can get rechargeable batteries for.

For the head are miniature rgb led lights that use ag3 batteries.

3D Print Settings:

Use 15% to 20% Infill Prints in place No supports needed Tail globe needs to be printed at .8 layer height. It was designed thin for better light penetration. If not printed at .8 there will be print issues.

The diffuser cap will not work with the V1 model. The diffuser cap is best to print with clear pla filament. *The tail orb is still best to be printed separately at a .8 layer height. It was designed to be thin and if it’s printed higher than .8 it will not print well and have holes in the orb.
