BIG LEt'GO Holiday Wreath!

BIG LEt'GO Holiday Wreath! - So, I did the test prints. The Green is PETG and the red is PLA. Followed settings as suggested. .2mm 1st layer height and then .28m for all other layers. They fit flush (for the first time I have gotten any of the lego to do so) YAY! But it's still too loose. It would never hold its place s I would have to glue it in place as it turns like a fidget ring now. Any suggestions to get it to fit more snug so I can put together and hang? Thanks! - 3d model
