This has replaced my coffeecup and I now use it every single day. I recommend auto tree supports at least with critical regions only on, but you may be able to get away without them at all.

For this cup, I uses these: 8 oz cup inserts : if you'd like a larger 12oz insert, this would scale up nicely to fit those.
