This is a stand for the Wind Spinner Balloon. I made it for a table display at MRRF. I used a small fan to keep it spinning but it could also be useful on a outside table.

It is designed for a 200mm tall balloon so you will need to scale the original balloon down to .86% to fit the stand properly. The arm fits into the base on a taper so you should not have to glue it but you can if you choose. There are two versions, one with the Mulbot logo and one without. You can always add your own, a color change at the layer height will make it pop.
