Mini Wind Spinner Balloon

This is a mini version of the original Wind Spinner Balloon. I wanted a small version of the balloon that I could give away at MRRF and the original version is only good to around 175mm. This one is only 100mm tall and printed in about an hour each on the [Mulcore.

This prints all as one piece without supports. I used helper disc’s(brim), to make sure I had enough bed adhesion. I did not use z-hop but that might help keep the fins stable while printing if you have this issue.

I used these Ball Bearing Swivels(aff) to allow it to spin better.

Printed with Eryone Matte Dual Color PLA(aff). I don’t have a picture because I gave them all away.

FYI… if you print in PLA, keep it out of the sun/heat.

Printed with Eryone Tri-Color Silk PLA (Yellow-Blue-Red). It turned great. The colors blended really well to give it a cool rainbow look.

I was looking at printing a few of the mini's but from what I'm seeing it looks like the same height and size and the regular one. In your description it says the mini is only 100 mm high but when I downloaded it's the same height as the Reg one. Were you referencing that you can scale it down to 100 mm or should it all ready be at that ?

Sorry I redesigned it to be printed smaller but scaled it in the slicer but forgot to scale the STL. Its fixed now and is at the correct scale, 100mm tall.
