Illuminated Mini Lightsaber
This mini lightsaber uses a single battery powered led and a small lens to light the blade. It’s very cheap to make, around a dollar in materials. Rotating the emitter turns the light on and off. There is a slot in the hilt to re-insert the battery insulator.
The STL's are split for multi-color printing without supports but you can also join the files and print with one color or do manual filament swaps at layer heights for more color. There are different STL's for the emitter depending on if you are using a lens. The blade is designed to be printed if vase mode with a .45mm line width.
The parts press together without glue. Make sure to match up the slot for the battery insulator. There is a second version of the emitter that does not use a lens but I would suggest using one because its much better at lighting the blade up.
