Collapsing Multi-Color Katana V2 Print-in-Place Version

I updated the Katana with a new guard and handle wrap. This katana prints complete all as one piece, the files are split for multiple color printing with a AMS or MMU.

The Removable Blade Multi-Color Version is available to my Members. (pictures are of the dual extruder replaceable blade version.)

Printing Supports are not required, for best results use a .4mm nozzle. Find detailed instructions on how to print collapsing swords on my website. If this is your first time printing, I would suggest you try the test print first.

How do I combine the files togetehr properly to have it print in place as 1 piece like it says in the description?

I am having such a hard time with the multi wrap and the multi hilt to fit together, there just way too tight. I print with a .4mm nozzle with 2 vertical shells, 15% infill and lower and my printer is as calibrated as it can be. I've gone through two sets of prints already and just can't get them to fit without taking a hammer to them and trying to force it.
