I printed it but it won’t fully extend. It gets kind of stuck. Can you help?

Would it be any problem if I scale it down to %80?
It would make it a little harder to print because you would be removing some of the clearances.
What is the scale compared to a normal lego katana?
Its not made exactly to scale, maybe in the 10:1 range.

is it possible to print your swords with a 6mm nozzle?
Yes, but easier with a .4mm
