Printing
- All parts can be printed without supports.
- Add a brim if curling is an issue.
- Use large 0.3mm layer heights for quicker prints that are still strong.
- Use PETG, ABS, or strong formulations of PLA. Silk, woodfill, and matte PLAs are NOT recommended.
Loose Connectors?
If your connections are too loose, try one of the following:
- Add a slight fuzzy skin (0.1mm variance) to the connectors. This will essentially make the connectors a little thicker without altering their overall dimensions.
- Increase your extrusion multiplier so that the connector walls are slightly thicker.
- Increase your print temperature slightly - this often has a similar result to increasing the extrusion multiplier.

Once again amazing work!
The print looks awesome!
I've added some suggestions to the project to make loose connectors tighter. Also, I like your ideas for expanding the project :)
Awesome work!
This is absolutely amazing and just what I have been looking for. Respect the time and effort you have done on this project. Your an asset to the community.
Glad you like it, thanks!
This looks fantastic! I'm a little bummed that it doesn't seem to align with the measurements of existing wall mount systems.
The slots of your 6x6 board seem like they might line up with the 4x4 slot spacing of IKEA's Skadis boards. Going to try out some tests.
Do you have a wall attachment strategy in mind for future updates?
I'm considering a few options, including a simple screw keyhole.
Looking forward to seeing how your tests work out - good luck :)
Anyone had luck stacking the panels to print a bunch of them at time? I tried once and got very thick panel....
It's theoretically possible (with some sort of intermediary layer, like PETG between PLA). But I don't think I've heard of anyone successfully doing it yet.
I generally suggest printing them individually, because you wouldn't really save much time by doing multiple at once.
