Thin Air Commercial Tier

My one and only subscription tier, pay $10/month for:

  1. Access to My ENTIRE Library of Models (both paid and free)
  2. My Permission to Print and Sell My Original Designs (Does Not Include Fan Art or Trademarked Designs)

**Subscribing to this plan does not give you permission to sell or re-distribute my digital files, only the prints you create from them.

I have plans to incorporate other benefits (Discord Access, Access to Private Tutorials, etc...) as they come available on this platform and/or as I can reasonably accommodate them.

How does this differ from my Patreon? The benefits are virtually the same, access to all of my models and commercial rights. The main differences at the moment are:

  • This membership has the advantage of Thangs' model sharing, which is great for viewing/browsing the models you would like to print.
  • This membership doesn't yet include Discord access, but I have plans to set that up soon.
  • The membership doesn't yet include access to the Private tutorials I have created, but I may be including that soon if there is any interest.

Will I be closing down my Patreon? I have no plans of closing down my Patreon. Ideally, both platforms would share close to identical benefits, allowing the user to choose which platform they most prefer.

The Annoying Gift Box. There's nothing tricky about this gift box, it's just simply...annoying. Remove 20 bolts to be able to remove the lid, that's about it! There is a secret flat head "screwdriver" hidden underneath the ribbon, or a normal flat-head screwdriver can be used.

It is scaled just about gift card size, so you can scale up as you want to fit bigger items.

3D printing settings These are just the settings I used to test the model, feel free to use whatever settings work best for you. FDM or Resin: FDM Scaling: Can be scaled up, bolts likely won't work well if scaled down. Supports: None Infill/Perimeters: I just used 15% infill with 2 perimeters, but I would use extra perimeters for more strength. Nozzle Size: 0.4 Layer Height: 0.2

No supports are needed for this model, just print the pieces in the orientation that they import and assemble after printing. You will need 1 container, 1 lid, 1 ribbon, 1 screwdriver, 4 brackets, and 20 bolts.

The "screwdriver" just snaps into place underneath the ribbon after printing.

I have included a "thread test" file so you can make sure that the bolts are going to fit into your box before you print all of them! Make sure to print the thread test in the orientation that the file imports in. The female part will be printing vertically, so it needs to be tested in that orientation.
