Modified the end block that goes inside the carbon fiber tube of a VzBot 3D printer. Rounded the vertical edges so it's easier to print, made the height and depth into parameters, and changed the end of the block to use a pair of cutouts that are meant to be gripped by needlenose pliers when removing. Also made the block 18mm tall so it's tighter, and left it 17.5mm deep so it's looser horizontally. The idea being that it should be loose horizontally so when testing tightness it's only the vertical clearance dictating how tight it is.

Would recommend loading the F3D file in Fusion and changing the height and depth parameters until it's loose horizontally but tight vertically. Other alternative is to print it a little taller than it should be and use sandpaper on the top/bottom faces until it fits tightly but without forcing it.

Side gutters for Hextraction to help catch all the balls that fly off the side!

Files are for the right side, so mirror the parts length-wise to print the left side. I've included both a full and segmented version, and versions compatible with the basic and deluxe boards. (the tab extension on the bottom conflicts with the bottom gutters)

I'd recommend printing in a small layer height, because this thing is basically all curves and would really benefit from smoother layer lines. Also for assembly I'd recommend gluing the segments onto the board at the same time you glue them to each other. The lower segment has a small lip that matches the bottom of the middle segment to help with alignment.

Use this tile to go up and over another tile below. It's a modified DIC tile, hence the name. ;-) It's mostly meant to be played above a tile that's blocking the way, but if there's a tile under it with a valid path, the ball will (usually) ride in the gap at the top of the channel.

It only has one orientation, ramp down, because the J channels on either side get balls stuck constantly if it's at any other angle.

This tool for Hextraction assists with leveling the game board. Put this in one of the slots, ideally top center, and put one of the balls inside. Then adjust the leveling feet until the ball stays in the center divot reliably. (or as close as you can get)

To build this tool, print the two parts as uploaded and place the tile inside the base. I would recommend gluing the tile in, but it's technically not required. I would also recommend printing at least the tile in the smallest layer height possible. Or if you have access to adaptive layers, use a small layer height on the inside surface the ball rests on. There is a very subtle curve to the surface, and a large layer height will be too coarse and will affect the ball's ability to move around with precision. It needs to be as smooth as possible, and may even benefit from some sanding.

The tile has no notches in it, so it can't be played on the main board, but the base technically could be. However, the angle would make any tile placed on it conflict with the one above it, so it's not a good idea.

Made a simple edit to combine the 5-15 and 5-7 plates into one plate for those of us with large enough printers to print it all at once. (it's about 255mm x 235mm) Shouldn't need clips or glue. Can't guarantee this will work correctly, as I haven't tested it in print yet.
