Simple easy to use US coin roll counter for quarters, dimes, nickels and pennies. Simply load coins into corresponding spot until no more can be held. 

Recommended printer settings: .20mm layer height with adaptive layer setting on.  You must use adaptive layers for this to work correctly.

Two versions of each piece are available. Base Ver. 2 has the extra feet extensions to prevent devices from slipping off and will accommodate devices up to 14.5 mm as it is designed. Should easily adjust to accommodate thicker items. Print with at least 10% fill otherwise they will be too bouncy.

One version of the back has flat edges and rounded corners on the top while the other has rounded edges and normal corners on top.

As I am trying to post this the site keeps crashing when I try to insert links to the stencils I used for the finished backs I have provided. Description of the files are : Box Stencil by cSandra at printables and the flag is USA flag stencil by BB TECH on Thangs. The box style is 110mm and the flag is 120mm long. I feel the 120mm length looks more proportionate to the rest of the design but 110mm works and is the one holding the tablet in the pictures. Everything is 3mm thick, plenty of room to do multi-colored prints. The tab insert is 1.5mm thick and could probably scale down if you want a smaller unit.

The feet were taken from Phone Stand by dtylerb at thingiverse. Should you need to redo the holes for the feet after resizing, hole is 1.25mm deep and use 8.2mm diameter if you want a tight, glue free fit for TPU. 

You can also combine the two pieces easily in Tinkercad to print as a single item. Tilt angles are based on 22.5 degree increments for ease of lining up.

Added a back design for Mother's Day on 5/7/23.  The images are embedded 1mm deep. I used available online stencils. Filament change at layer 6 and 11 if you want the back and front of same color. Otherwise just one change at layer 11. Used a .4mm nozzle with .2mm layer height.

    I upgraded to a Bigtreetech H2 V2 direct drive extruder on my BiQu B1 and couldn't find anything that suited my desires for mounting positions of the head and cooling ducts. I also didn't want to have to purchase additional hardware or fans. Seems all the available designs for cooling ducts either required a fan other than the stock 4010's or blocked the view of the nozzle or use of the filament loading wheel. A major inconvenience! You will need to swap out the cooling fan connector as the one that is included with the H2V2 will be too long to mount the head properly. I took the one off the old extruder cooling fan.


I modified this design [https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4743701](url) for the mounting plate. Made it so the print starting position was maintained same as original. You won't have to modify any firmware or code to a new start location.  You will need two 2 mm spacers/washers for the top screws of the daughter board to prevent the ends of the screws from protruding through the mount. I just printed 2mm high inserts from the BiQu B1 hot end fix, [https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4626617/files](url). They work perfect.

The fan ducts are remixes and combinations of two other designs. I borrowed the ducts from [https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:[5150647]](url)(url) and the mounting plate from [https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5150647.](url)   These will work on any orientation of the heat block.

Lay models flat in your slicer as they are a few mm elevated. Also, aftermarket fans may require you to trim the small tabs that hold the fan bottoms in place.

I am sure the designs could use some cosmetic clean up/improvement but, the functionality is fantastic.

I cleaned up and improved the print process of both the ducts. They will now lay flat without help and I trimmed the bottoms to clean them up and provide more clearance when printing. So, if you downloaded prior to this date you will probably want to redo.
