Small print, endless new possibilities

When I started prototyping the Swing Ring, I had no idea this kind of supportless print-in-place pivot joint could work so well (in the middle of the picture). To my surprise, it prints perfectly and works smoothly! I'm sure for all the expert 3d-printing designers out there this is nothing new, but for me every day is still a learning experience! 😅 Download the model and try it out yourself! Learning this is going to open up all kinds of possibilities for me for my designs. Stay tuned! 😄

This new innovative Ringchaku ring, the Swing Ring adds a whole new dimension to your fidget ninja skills! The double spinning joint will allow you to twist and spin the 'chaku in new creative ways!

Five diameters available (let me know if you need a different size): 25mm, 24mm, 22mm, 20mm and 18mm.

Update 2024-01-28: I've added more smaller sizes: 11mm, 12mm and 15mm!

Twist the hinge and joint around after printing to crack free any fused spots, and — if you have — add some lube to make them move even smoother!
