Fidget Foliage - Fidget Toy with Ratcheting Pot - Pocket Plants
Don't have a 3D Printer? My models print great with These Printers (affiliate)
An Aesthetically Pleasing Fidget Toy? I've designed a bunch of functional plants in the past. But this time around I wanted to do something that's just for fun, that still will look great on a desk, shelf, counter etc. These Fidget Foliage were perfect to do just that.
But how do they work? The plants print flat and then roll up to go inside of the pot. This technique was shared from Elle Stvdio! The Pot is actually a print in place ratchet. So once you put the plant inside, you can spin the top of the pot to be super satisfied! Just be careful when you break the mechanism free that you are spinning it in the correct direction.
Quick and Easy Printing This print is super fast, and super easy. Nothing takes more than a few hours to print. And they use up very little filament. Print using a multi-color printer for best results. and make sure to use the Easy Print 3mf if you have a bambu printer!
