Print them like in the picture, standing. I used pla, but probably something that resists at a higher temperature is better.

Replaced the strain gauge with the light sensor found down on the left column of the printer.

I printed it on it's face, with some supports (if i remember correctly) out of petg.

The stick needs some metal glued on it's side to properly and accurately interrupt the signal of the sensor. Wrapping alluminum might work, but until a friend told me this, i already cut a little rectangle from a beer cap lying around my room.

The screws are all original, i mean from the printer somewere

This is for the cr-10 smart printer, it replaces the white plastic between the heatsink and the fan. 
It does not let air to be blown under the heatsink, hitting the hotend. 
And it has a support that anchors on the metal bracket so that the hotend is not pushed down when the filament is extruded.
I used Petg, hope it lasts.

cr-10 Smart hotend fan support

Replacement extruder for the Cr-10 Smart. It requires screws, filament bearing and ptfe tube holder, from the original extruder. 
I made this because the original one broke.
I printed it with petg, 4 walls, grid infill, 20%. My printer can print the tensioner M5 screw, hope yours can too. Lubrication helps. Kitchen oil works fine. It is in the position i printed them, used support only where touching the bed.
