Purchased and downloaded but got a corrupt file. Can you re-upload or adjust the download file types?

The file downloaded and opened but now its just the ToriiFront.stl and nothing else.

Downloaded again, but back to the first error :/ Tested on both mac and windows, it unzips to the Torrii front gate and a second Zipped folder. Trying to unzip the second zip folder gives me an "Error 79 - Inappropriate file type or format."

Then please try the following: for Windows: please use the program 7-zip to extract the files. https://www.7-zip.org/download.html

For Mac: use “the unarchiver” app.

Used both apps on both platforms and does not fix the issue.
