Based off of the design made by https://www.thingiverse.com/tiago199988

Added some wings due to only having 12mm magnets on hand.

Press fit 4x 12x3mm magnets on the 4 wings, and the center magnet hole fits a 12x2mm magnet.

Holes are sized to 12.1mm to have a little wiggle room, I didn't need to use glue but YMMV.

Print settings: Infill density: 10-20% Support: yes (tree) Layer height: 0.2mm

I printed with the holes facing the bed due to the supports making the bottom of the wings look terrible, but depending on your config you may be able to print upright.
