yes the sarcasm is now dripping off the page, sorry bout the mess. I suggest using Vase Mode for the top part. I used PLA, 0.6 nozzle, and otherwise stock settings on my Creality Sermoon D1, using PrusaSlicer. Seems to be fairly strong. The base is designed to fit onto a open hole of about 1.75" that we use for a CAT40 tool rack. Let me know if you need something modified. Would be glad to modify it for you. I designed it in Fusion360. I added the "crunched" up top with a pair of side cutters to add some randomness. The 3D model is smooth topped.
