 The snake is the sixth animal in the 12-year cycle of the Chinese zodiac. The Year of the Snake is associated with the Earthly Branch symbol 巳 (si).

Some say that people born in the Year of the Snake are wise, intelligent, and enigmatic. Others say that they are charming, intuitive, romantic, and highly perceptive.
