This is a mount for an e3d Hemera bowden extruder setup. This mount will work with the stock screws that are included in the Hemera, and you will also need two M5 screws and t-nuts / hammer head nuts to mount to your extrusion. I designed it to work on 3030 Extrusion (for my Hypercube Evolution) but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work on 2020 or 2040.

Rotate this 135 degrees so it will print flat on the bed. No supports are needed.

Assembly Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Hemera so it has the screw in bowden fitting, and the collet/clip.
  2. Insert 2 flat square nuts into the Hemera mount (included with Hemera).
  3. Insert 4 screws into the 3d printed mount so they are protruding out.
  4. Align the mount over the Hemera, refer to pictures for orientation. Set screws in. Double check that they draw the square nuts up.
  5. Place 2 m5 screws into the mount, and screw on t-nuts (I use the hammer head nuts for drop in install). You should be able to tighten both, the one side you will have to angle the allen key but it should go in fine.
  6. Connect bowden tube fittings, refer to picture to see how I have mine installed.

That's it! I hope you find this useful. I printed mine in black PLA. PETG may be a good bet also, as the motor may get hot.
