Model originally uploaded to Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5215852. Dust Reducer Adapter for Ryobi RTS12 Table Saw - from 4" Dust Hose to 2.5" (64mm) dust port. Prints with no supports needed. If you print with 0.3 layer height and 0.6 wall width, you can get a solid part with 2 outer walls right up against 2 inner walls, giving you a 2.4 thick plastic part that prints the quickest and is the strongest. By the way, in those settings, assuming you are printing with a 0.4 diameter nozzle, you would have it emulating a 0.6 nozzle. This part is a perfect, snug fit, when printed on my BIQU B1 printers. The diameter of my Ryobi RTS12 Table Saw's dust port is approx. 2.5", but it's slightly oversized, in that is measures around 64mm instead of 63.5mm. That creates a slight issue when my other dust ports are closer to 63.5, but I'm wrapping a little bit of tape around the other ports to round them up to the same size as the Ryobi Table Saw, so I can switch the 4" hose from the table saw to other tools without having to switch the reducer out.
