Lifeguard Koozie System (LKS)

Allow me to introduce the only koozie specifically designed to keep you just as cool as your drink; the Lifeguard Koozie System (LKS).

The LKS is designed with simplicity, durability, and functionality as its key features. -Simple 2-piece interlocking design is easy to use and hard to lose! -Durable ASA Plastic body is Impact and UV resistant! -Functional Koozie keeps your drink cool even in the pool! The koozie can be separated from the floatation ring and used as a stylish standalone koozie.

The 3D printed prototype was drop tested 3 times from 6’ with a full can of seltzer. The LKS showed minor abrasions from impacting the concrete without any evidence of cracking.

A second test was conducted to demonstrate the insulative abilities of the koozie. See the photos in the ‘Community Uploads’ section for more info.

Test print details-

Koozie: Polymaker ASA, White 2 walls, 0.15 layer height, 15% triangle infill. No supports Post Process in Acetone Vapor Chamber for 30 minutes at 80 degrees celsius

Ring: eSUN PLA PRO, Orange 2 walls, 0.15 layer height, 10% cubic infill. Raft & Supports touching plate
