Snowflake Mechanical Box is a 3D printable model that lets you create your own festive and fun box for the holiday season. It is a remix of the [Mechanically Locking Container](https://www.printables.com/model/478901-mechanically-locking-container) by [JamesThePrinter](https://www.printables.com/@JamesThePrinter), but with a snowflake theme. The box has a knob that is shaped like a snowflake, and the box contour is full of snowflakes. The box also has a clever locking mechanism that prevents it from opening unless you twist the knob in the right direction.

A set of M3 fastener bins based on the Gridfinity standard. The main idea of Gridfinity is to take only what you need out of storage for a project. The bins have the labels printed in, they are separate objects in the file. 

The list for bin labels is:
M3 x 6 to M3 x 22 in 2 mm increments
M3 x 25 and M3 x 30
M3 Hex, Heat, Nylock, Square and Washer

I've modified the magnet holes to remove the fastener and only take magnets. I found gluing the magnets to be a pain with the second blind hole.

[FormFutura's ReFill 2.0](https://formfutura.com/product/refill-pla/) is manufactured for usage with re-usable spool flanges and comes on a cardboard core with velcro strips. This improves the material winding and overall coil strength.

Giants Penholder Desktop Organizer

Remixed version of [RepRack](https://www.printables.com/model/129024-reprack-open-source-spool-holder-and-storage-syste) filament storage system. Uses 1/2" EMT conduit as the Rack rails of the system.  Requires screws to install the clamps that retain the rack rails or use these press on [endcaps](https://than.gs/m/918369)

I designed this after testing the low profile model. This fits shelving with 1" diameter support poles, using this [clip](https://www.printables.com/model/356381-wire-shelf-clip/comments/947574) if you don't have any spares. The Hanger slides in like it would with a wall cleat.

This model is more sturdy and can be floated above the wire rack shelf.
This will allow you to utilize more of the dead space on the rack at the top. Or even create floating spools in-between the wire shelves.
This requires supports to print properly, 3 walls 20% infill.

Snowflake Box

The CannaCaddy Compact - A 2x2 gridfinity module designed specifically to hold your smoking tools.



I originally just wanted something to hold the bowl head while I packed it, and the idea evolved into holding lighters and carts and grinders, etc. Then, of course, I had to make it fit with the rest of my gridfinity setup.



The one shown in green in the pictures was printed using PETG, I had it in the printer and just ran with it, but I would suggest your normal PLA or preferred material.



I'm wrapping up the normal size (The CannaCaddy Classic) and the large size (The CannaCaddy Colossal), but for now, the CannaCaddy Compact can hold:



(1): Medium grinder slot. Average size grinder you see around, roughly 58mm diameter, nothing huge and not the smaller ones. Note: smaller/shorter grinders will be fine, the cutouts on the side make it easy to grab.

(1): Bic/Lighter slot. Slightly larger to accommodate the lighters with wraps.

(2): Vape cartridge/battery slots. Works well for storing your previous cart when you want to try the new one.

(1): 14mm bowl head slot. Works with the 14mm male portion of your (hopefully cleaner than mine) bowl head. Should sit in nicely, but you might have problems if the downstem bit is real long.

CannaCaddy Compact - Gridfinity Compliant Cannabis Supply Holder

Print settings:
- At least 0.2 mm layer thickness
- Thick enough for PLA
- Play with positions but I have seen it print best how its imported.
- Print with 75%-100% infill
- Supports everywhere at 50 deg. overhang

I designed this to work with my Trinity wire shelving. This fits shelving with 1" diameter support poles, using this [clip](https://www.printables.com/model/356381-wire-shelf-clip/comments/947574) if you don't have any spares.
This is the first design and meant to be used on top of the wire racks, either for storage or as spool feeders. 
Prints without supports, 3 walls 20% infill.


RepRack for NSF shelving low profile

This is a remix of Lyryln's Big Pen Box (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4348344) - only smaller :)

I scaled it down to 75% which saves a ton of print time plus seems sufficient for most school or kindergarten color pencil needs.

The other amendments are:

- combined the "metal" and the body part into one, multicolor is achieved by a simple color change at 61.6 mm / layer 308 (check in your slicer - the values given apply to 0.2mm layer height in PrusaSlicer)
- combined "Wood" and "Mine" sections into one, again - multicolor achieved through a color change at 50mm / layer 250 ( plus/minus, depending on the mine thickness you want to achieve)
- NoGlue construction - tip and body are held together by ball snap joints, just push in with some force (make sure the ball joints are properly aligned before you push!)
- and, yes, the thread is more conventional right-handed now :)

**Printing Tips**
Don't use supports!  The strings are designed to be printed with a 0.4mm diameter nozzle and 0.3mm layer height, so changing their size may affect the print.

Here are some other recommended settings to use if you re-slice:
- Wipe while retracting - Enabled
- Detect bridging perimeters - Enabled
- Seam position - Nearest
- Bridge speed - < 5mm/s

What if you could hang Gridfinity bins on a pegboard without the mess of glue, but with the securing magnets?

I use [Gridfinity Refined](https://www.printables.com/model/413761-gridfinity-refined) for bases and baseplates. 6x2mm magnets are either friction or snap fit. I do use a bit of hot melt when the snap fit isn't as snug as I'd like. There are a few Gridfinity pegboard mounted baseplates, but none were this particular style. There is now. I've left the keyed openings on the outside of the baseplate, but I doubt they are functional. Made for the 1 inch pegboard of the US.

Here's a lean but reinforced phone case I made for the [Google Pixel 7A](https://amzn.to/3R5fovG)

This case case was designed to be printed with a stiff filament, be it PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, etc... The 1.85mm side thickness makes the case BEEFY enough to offer protection but LEAN enough to appreciate the compact form factor of the phone. Extra reinforcement on the corners adds protection from falls.

This also features my un-patented grip lip, a small edge around the back of the case that makes the phone easier to hold.
