3D Print files for the Phase 2 Commander Cody Helmet

PLEASE NOTE: This is a digital 3D print file, not a physical helmet.

This helmet design has been built from the ground up to be 501st approvable.

Included are 3 different assembled versions of the helmet: Assembled, Filled/Solid, and Casting.

The helmet also comes with a pre-separated version, where the helmet is separated into 20 easy to print pieces. The large parts of the helmet have also been pre-cut for smaller printers. The antennas both use 2mm diameter metal rods to reinforce them, greatly increasing their durability.

Bambu Studio project and GCODE files are also included to get started printing even faster!

A visor cutout template has been included, print this out and use it as a template to cut out a face shield that can slot into the pre-modeled ridge without glue.
