Spiralized Gridfinity Bins
These single unit Gridfinity bins are designed to be printed in “vase” or “spiralized” mode. Spiralized mode is the best option to use with clear filament to get transparent walls. Spiralized printing is also the best way to print with multicolour filament!
See here for video: https://youtu.be/kjh1qQ6FsXY
The bins are compatible with the Gridfinity modular storage system designed by Zack Freedman: https://thangs.com/?category=Gridfinity#content . They will fit on to the baseplates found here: https://social.thangs.com/m/60925 .
The geometry in the base of the bin also creates holes for the standard 1/4”x”1/8” (6mmx3mm) cylindrical magnets that are used in the Gridfinity system.
There are two versions optimized for different nozzle sizes. The “Small Nozzle” file is designed for .5mm and smaller, the “Large Nozzle” files is designed for .6mm and larger.

Could someone walk me through printing these using Cura? When I check Spiralize it won’t slice the interior of the box which has the dome-shape at all..
Seems to work for me in Cura with these settings: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BsK445swcZQ
Genius model! Can you please publish the .stp file for this? I would like to remix this and that would make it easier.
