The hole two notches clockwise of the C groove (Or in the left quadrant of the X if the X is on top, and the C is below) is too small for the pegs of the lid. The other five holes are correct.

Yep that's sorted now, I increased the hole size from the original stealth tiles so it should have worked despite that but its sorted now
